On the afternoon of January 18, Qinhuangdao Yaohua Equipment Group Co., Ltd. held its 2023 Work Conference and the 4th Session of the 2nd Employee Congress. The conference comprehensively reviewed and summarized the company's work in 2022, systematically analyzed the current situation, laid out and deployed the 2023 tasks, goals, and key priorities, and honored the advanced collectives and individuals of 2022. Members of the group company’s leadership team, mid-level administrative and technical personnel, employee representatives, and representatives from subsidiary companies participated in the conference both online and offline.
Fu Haobo, General Manager of the Group Corporation, delivered a work report titled “Firmly Confident, Steadily Advancing, Upholding Integrity while Pursuing Innovation, Bravely Moving Forward, and Striving to Open a New Chapter of High-Quality Enterprise Development” on behalf of the Group’s management team. The report affirmed the Group’s implementation of specific actions—“Six Focuses, Six Promotions, and Six Controls”—in 2022 around the “12345” working framework, thoroughly analyzed the market situation in 2023, and laid out plans for the Group’s key tasks in 2023.
General Manager Fu Haobo proposed that in 2023, Yaohua Equipment Group should fully implement the overall working philosophy of “12366”: “1” refers to implementing a “first-class talent strategy,” accelerating the development of a first-class R&D team, a first-class marketing team, and a first-class production management team; “2” means advancing a “dual-market entry strategy”—actively expanding business into major cities and entering large industries to rapidly boost output value; “3” signifies adhering to a “three-pronged product strategy,” taking “intelligentization, lightweight design, and functional enhancement” as the guiding directions to achieve upgrades in product functionality and sophistication; “6” stands for ensuring that all aspects of work are consistently guided by “six overarching principles”: putting people first throughout, embracing scientific management throughout, driving incremental growth and revenue increases throughout, fostering independent innovation throughout, reducing costs and improving quality throughout, and prioritizing safe production throughout; “6” also means achieving “six key objectives for high-quality development”—stimulating momentum for high-quality development, building engines for high-quality development, solidifying the foundation for high-quality development, strengthening guarantees for high-quality development, optimizing the structure of high-quality development, and laying a robust foundation for high-quality development.
He emphasized that in 2023, the company should adhere to a general guiding principle of seeking progress while maintaining stability, focus on quality and efficiency as the core priorities, and take high-quality development as the main thread. We must fully implement the “12366” working approach—responding to changes with stability, consolidating stability through progress, staying confident, uniting efforts from top to bottom, upholding integrity while fostering innovation, vigorously tackling key projects to overcome tough challenges, accelerating scientific research and development to break through critical bottlenecks, effectively improving quality and reducing costs to enhance our competitive edge, strengthening basic management to hone genuine capabilities, and striving for victory through quality, thereby continuously shaping and enhancing the overall competitive advantage of Yaohua Equipment Group.

Fu Xiujun, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Group Corporation, delivered a report on his performance in fulfilling duties related to safety production for 2022. The report fully recognized the achievement of zero accidents throughout 2022 in safety production and called for further strengthening of proactive prevention, source control, and process management in 2023. It also emphasized the need to continuously advance the construction of the “dual-control” early-warning mechanism and the standardization of safety production, highlighting key priorities, decentralizing management, streamlining work processes, simplifying operational procedures, and effectively solidifying the foundation of safety production.
Fu Xiujun, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Group Corporation, delivered an important speech titled “Firmly Confident and Courageously Taking Responsibility, Pursuing Truth and Pragmatism to Drive Improvement, and Harnessing Intrinsic Motivation for High-Quality Development of Yaohua Equipment Group.” He emphasized that in 2023, the Party Committee and the Board of Directors of the company should adopt a “high-level” perspective and uphold Party building as the guiding principle; maintain a “strong” conviction and firmly believe in our strategic confidence; ensure growth speed through “quality” enhancement; achieve “three synergies” through “practical” measures; and optimize the cadre team according to “excellent” standards, thereby propelling Yaohua Equipment Group onto a new stage of higher-quality development.
Liu Yonghui, Deputy General Manager of the Group, outlined guidelines for implementing the spirit of the 2023 Work Conference report and put forward three key requirements for all departments within the company: First, we must study, communicate, and implement the conference’s directives, translating the conference’s requirements into concrete, actionable measures. Second, we must take responsibility and act decisively, coordinating and collaborating effectively with related departments to ensure that all tasks yield tangible results and achieve real impact. Third, we must demonstrate unity and commitment, with managers at all levels and employee representatives taking the lead by example, setting a model for others, fostering solidarity, and working diligently and pragmatically to pool our strengths, unite our teams, and enable departmental staff to achieve new milestones and outstanding accomplishments!
