General Manager Fu Haobo delivered a report titled “Hoist the Sails of Confidence, Raise the Banner of Pragmatism, and Strive to Achieve High-Quality Fulfillment of This Year’s Goals and Tasks.” In the report, he comprehensively reviewed the Group’s performance in the first half of 2023. Faced with a severe and complex economic environment, the Group—as a whole—adopted a general approach of seeking progress while maintaining stability, taking quality and efficiency as the core focus, and pursuing high-quality development as the main thread. The Group fully implemented the “12366” overall work plan set at the beginning of the year, forging ahead with determination, overcoming difficulties, bolstering confidence, and engaging in practical and effective work, thus laying a solid foundation for achieving this year’s goals and tasks. General Manager Fu Haobo outlined the Group’s working strategy for the second half of the year. He emphasized that we must fully recognize the current complex market situation, accurately grasp new environmental challenges, new policy tests, and new development opportunities. We must resolutely align ourselves with the company’s strategic deployment, closely follow industry trends, embrace challenges, withstand tests, and seize opportunities. We need to consolidate the foundation of “stability,” strengthen our awareness of “progress,” meet the requirements of “high quality,” maintain the pace of “speed,” reinforce “practical” measures, achieve “new” breakthroughs, anchor ourselves firmly on this year’s targets, remain confident and determined, and make every effort to sprint toward the high-quality fulfillment of this year’s goals and tasks. In his report, General Manager Fu Haobo clearly identified six key priorities for the second half of the year: First, intensify operational efforts and deliver a powerful “combination punch” in marketing; second, uphold self-reliance and strive to be the “vanguard” of technological innovation; third, strengthen management and enhance capabilities to solidify the “foundation” for high-quality development; fourth, focus on improving quality and efficiency to sharpen our comprehensive strength—the Group’s “trump card”; fifth, ensure rigorous implementation of responsibilities and build a robust “safety net” for risk prevention; and sixth, continuously enhance employees’ “sense of happiness” so that they truly “love” this company. General Manager Fu Haobo pointed out that in the second half of the year, everyone in the Group must join hands and move forward together with unwavering confidence, demonstrating new achievements and creating new results. We must embody both the grand vision of “achievements need not be mine” and the proactive spirit of “my contribution is essential to success,” and vigorously propel the Group’s high-quality development onto a new journey.

On behalf of the Party Committee and the company’s leadership team, Party Secretary and Chairman Fu Xiujun expressed heartfelt gratitude to all cadres and employees for their hard work, dedication, and relentless efforts. At the meeting, he delivered a speech titled “Strengthen Management with Confidence and Seize Opportunities for Development,” putting forward three key requirements: that everyone should draw lessons from one instance to apply them to others, think carefully before taking action, and implement tasks efficiently. First, we must rationally analyze the current situation and fully commit to project implementation. Project execution must be meticulous, started early, and carried out swiftly; we need to pay close attention to critical stages, ensure quality and maintain a good reputation, and strive for long-term success. We should closely monitor the entire implementation process, promptly correct any deviations, and guarantee timely progress. Second, we must proactively adapt to changes and leverage opportunities for breakthrough development. We should actively and proactively adapt to and respond to both internal and external changes, using change as an opportunity to stay ahead. We must seize strategic opportunities, drive strategic development, and earnestly implement the “123” strategy—comprising a first-class talent strategy, a dual-market entry strategy, and a product transformation strategy—while being adept at leveraging favorable conditions to achieve breakthroughs. Third, we must strengthen our own capabilities and enhance internal management. We need to bolster our sales capabilities and R&D innovation capacity, while placing equal emphasis on internal management. We should further advance team building, address management shortcomings, and achieve the “bucket effect.” We must also harness the role of Party and mass organizations, fully leveraging the fighting fortresses of grassroots Party organizations and the exemplary role of Party members, thereby providing strong political support for the company’s development.

Vice General Manager Liu Yonghui put forward four requirements for implementing the spirit of the meeting: First, we must unify our thinking and ensure effective implementation; second, we must prioritize key areas and focus on achieving results; third, we must transform our work style and ensure practical execution; and fourth, we must strengthen accountability and ensure thorough implementation. All departments should take swift action, earnestly study and implement the spirit of the General Manager’s work report, take the Chairman’s important speech as our guiding principle, think carefully, proactively make improvements, and carry out tasks efficiently, striving wholeheartedly to achieve all our annual goals.

Looking back, we are inspired and energized; looking ahead, we face a long and arduous journey. Although this meeting was brief, it was an important one—building on past achievements and paving the way for the future, imbued with profound significance.
