1 On the afternoon of the 18th, Qinhuangdao Yaohua Equipment Group Co., Ltd. held its 2021 Work Conference and the Second Session of the Second Congress of Employee Representatives. The conference comprehensively reviewed and summarized the company's work in 2020, laid out the 2021 tasks and key priorities, and honored the advanced collectives and individuals of 2020. 。 The leadership team of the group company, all middle-level managers, employee representatives, and representatives from subsidiary companies attended this meeting.
The General Manager of the Group, Fu Haobo, delivered a speech titled: Forge New Strength, Strive in a New Era, and Fully Usher in a New Chapter for the Construction of Yaohua Equipment Group. The work report affirmed the achievements made in 2020 by all employees who faced challenges head-on, overcame difficulties, and pressed forward under pressure. It also pointed out existing shortcomings, analyzed the current situation and challenges confronting the Group, and clearly outlined the working ideas and plans for 2021.
In his report, General Manager Fu Haobo emphasized that in 2021, the Group should take promoting high-quality development as its theme. “Draw up a comprehensive blueprint, focus on two core priorities, carry out three rounds of systematic review, delve deeply into the 4N performance framework, strengthen five key management areas, reinforce six critical capabilities, and enhance six essential competencies.” Adhere to the overall guiding principles, muster up our enthusiasm, and take proactive and vigorous action to ensure the comprehensive achievement of all tasks and objectives, thus setting a solid foundation and getting off to a good start for the Group’s “14th Five-Year Plan” endeavors.
After the work report, the heads of various departments took an oath before the General Manager, pledging to lead their teams wholeheartedly in achieving the annual performance targets set forth in the 2021 Performance Responsibility Agreements.
After the swearing-in ceremony, a commendation ceremony was held to recognize the outstanding teams and individuals of 2020. Company executives presented awards to the honored teams and individuals.

After the awards ceremony, Fu Xiujun, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Group Corporation, delivered a speech titled: “Firmly Uphold Confidence, Strive with Determination, Bravely Scale New Heights, and Vigorously Write a New Chapter of High-Quality Development for Yaohua Equipment.” In an important speech, the achievements made in several key initiatives during the concluding year of the 13th Five-Year Plan were summarized and affirmed, and strategic guidance was provided for the tasks, goals, and development in the inaugural year of the 14th Five-Year Plan.
Chairman Fu Xiujun proposed six working principles: “addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, positive, and negative.” Be bold in adding value and drive new breakthroughs in scale and equivalence. ； Diligently practice subtraction to open up new space for cost control; skillfully apply multiplication to introduce fresh concepts for enterprise development; boldly embrace division to reshape new competitive advantages in value creation; implement negative supervision to establish a robust new mechanism for risk prevention and control; and provide positive guidance to rally new synergy for pioneering and excellence. We call on all employees to remain confident, focus their efforts precisely, and take proactive measures to make greater contributions toward achieving Yao Hua Equipment Group’s 2021 work targets and driving the Group’s development during the 14th Five-Year Plan period.
Deng Peng, Chairman of the Group’s Trade Union and Assistant to the General Manager, read out the resolutions adopted by the Congress of Employee Representatives and outlined the implementation measures for the 2021 Work Report. He urged all departments to take swift action, earnestly study and implement the spirit of the General Manager’s Work Report, and use the Chairman’s speech as a guiding principle, striving wholeheartedly to fully carry out all tasks planned for 2021.
The conference concluded with the national anthem played for all participants.
