10 On the 20th of the month, China Shipbuilding Group Co., Ltd. announced the list of winners for the 2021 Management Innovation Awards. The innovation project “Construction and Implementation of a Central-Local Collaborative Innovation System Driven by Military-Civilian Think Tanks Based on Marine Functional Demonstration Zones,” in which our company’s General Manager Fu Haobo participated, won the Second Prize.
The project is being piloted in Qinhuangdao City, adopting a collaborative innovation model that leverages the complementary resources of military-industrial research institutes and locally prominent military enterprises. Led by relevant research institutes under China Shipbuilding Group, our company—personally organized and led by General Manager Fu Haobo—has actively participated in the development of “lightweight unmanned surface vehicles and dual-use composite material equipment for both military and civilian applications.”
This achievement proposes an innovative system and model centered on driving forces such as military-industrial think tanks, integration between central and local authorities, and regional collaboration, and establishes a management system characterized by “five-dimensional integration of wisdom” encompassing strategy, policy, management, talent, and projects. Through the widespread adoption of this achievement, we can facilitate the implementation of strategies such as innovation-driven development and building a maritime power in coastal cities, thereby promoting high-quality development of the shipbuilding and marine industries.
