To enrich employees’ leisure cultural and sports activities, build a platform for communication and exchange among employees, and foster a healthy and positive corporate culture, Yaohua Equipment Group has established the Qinhuangdao Yaohua Warship Badminton Club in coordination with the interests and hobbies of its employees, and has also constructed a brand-new badminton court. More than 30 executives and employees from the group company have joined the club.
As a traditional sport with a broad mass base, badminton is deeply loved by employees. On the morning of October 25, club members held their first friendly badminton match at the badminton hall. The participating members fully demonstrated their skills, exchanged techniques and shared experiences with one another, fostering cooperation, mutual understanding, and team spirit. They showcased a united, positive, and uplifting spirit, thereby strengthening their friendships.
The establishment of the badminton club is not only an important initiative to strengthen employees’ physical health, enrich their leisure and cultural lives, and enhance their sense of cohesion and belonging, but also a prerequisite for promoting and developing other mass sports activities. Moreover, it serves as a vital safeguard for cultivating employees’ optimistic and positive attitudes and inspiring their enthusiasm for service. Taking the establishment of the badminton club as a starting point, the company will regularly organize various cultural and sports activities, encouraging more employees to participate. We are committed to making the club’s activities distinctive and effective, thus becoming a powerful driving force for advancing the company’s cultural development.
