Mr. Fu Xiujun has over 40 years of experience in enterprise management and the composite materials industry. He holds a master's degree in mechanical engineering from Yanshan University and a bachelor's degree in inorganic non-metallic materials from Hebei University of Science and Technology. He was once sent to the United States for exchange and study as a government-sponsored scholar and is a senior engineer. In 2004, he was named one of the fourth batch of young academic and technical leaders in Qinhuangdao City.
