Due to the company’s development needs, on August 12, 2020, our company, with the approval of the Qinhuangdao Administrative Approval Bureau, changed its name from “Qinhuangdao Yaohua Fiberglass Co., Ltd.” to “Qinhuangdao Yaohua Equipment Group Co., Ltd.” The member enterprises of Qinhuangdao Yaohua Equipment Group include three wholly-owned subsidiaries—Qinhuangdao Yaohua Shipbuilding Co., Ltd., Beijing Shouyao Technology Co., Ltd., and Qinhuangdao Shouyao Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd.—as well as one controlling subsidiary—Qinhuangdao Yaohua New Materials Co., Ltd. The change in the company’s name will not affect any rights and interests of investors or the company’s daily business operations.
The following announcements are made regarding various matters after the name change:
1. After the company’s name change, its business entity, legal relationships, registered address, bank account numbers, contact information, and other details remain unchanged. The original business relationships and service commitments remain intact. All assets, rights and debts, as well as various legal documents such as contracts and cooperation agreements previously signed by the former “Qinhuangdao Yaohua Fiberglass Co., Ltd.” will be legally inherited by “Qinhuangdao Yaohua Equipment Group Co., Ltd.”
2. Effective from the date of this announcement, the official seal, contract-specific seal, business-specific seal, financial seal, and invoice seal previously used under the original company name shall no longer be valid. Any rights and obligations arising from the subsequent use of these seals—whether in the name of the original company or otherwise—and any resulting consequences shall be entirely unrelated to our company. Customers involved in matters such as issuing invoices or handling tax-related procedures are requested to contact the company’s designated personnel for assistance.
