Recently, the group company organized safety production training for all management personnel at or above the team leader level. Party Secretary and Chairman Fu Xiujun personally delivered the lecture, titled “Implementing Safety Responsibilities.” The “First Lesson Upon Commencement” training on “Avoiding Security Risks.”
Chairman Fu Xiujun, from the perspectives of safety situation, safety warnings, safety responsibilities, safety awareness, and practical safety measures, explained how to effectively implement the requirements of the "Work Safety Law of the People's Republic of China"—including "dual responsibility for each post," "joint responsibility of Party and government," and "three controls and three musts"—to ensure that the full-staff responsibility system for work safety is effectively put into practice. He called for the Group company to keep the safety alarm constantly ringing, maintain unwavering vigilance, and encourage all employees to work together, fulfill their duties conscientiously, and truly reduce enterprise safety risks, thereby providing robust support for the company’s production and operations.
Minister of Public Security Geng Jianye delivered an interpretation and explanation of the "Law of the People's Republic of China on Work Safety," and, in light of the company’s actual on-site production management practices, elaborated on the “Ten Prohibitions” for electric welding and gas cutting. Training on the “Ten No-Standing” guidelines for individual tasks, the “Ten No-Shoveling” guidelines for forklift operations, the “Ten Prohibitions” for personal safety, and the “Ten Prohibitions” for elevated work.
After the training concluded, all participants—including senior executives—took a standardized, closed-book exam. Following grading and scoring, the average exam score reached: 90 Above the passing score. This training enabled managers to understand and master the interpretations of the “Work Safety Law of the People’s Republic of China,” enhanced their safety awareness, and boosted their initiative in fulfilling their duties, achieving excellent training results.
