The meeting comprehensively reviewed and summarized the company's work in the first half of 2022, laid out the tasks and key priorities for the second half of the year, and honored outstanding individuals. Fu Haobo, General Manager of the Group Corporation, delivered a work report titled “Focusing on Key Areas, Overcoming Difficulties, Creating Highlights, and Going All Out to Achieve All Annual Goals and Tasks.” He pointed out that in the first half of 2022, the Group as a whole firmly adhered to the general guiding principle of seeking progress while maintaining stability, concentrated efforts on project development, went all-out to boost operations, and devoted full energy to improving management. As a result, all tasks progressed smoothly, laying a solid foundation for achieving the annual goals and tasks. He emphasized that in the second half of the year, each unit should focus on key priorities, center around core tasks, accelerate project implementation, and sprint toward annual targets; enhance management to consolidate the foundation for development; strengthen quality control to bolster competitive edge; reinforce risk prevention and control to ensure safety responsibilities are fully implemented; and ensure effective task execution by sharpening awareness of critical milestones. All cadres and employees must adopt a sense of urgency—“not being able to wait, not being able to sit still, and not being able to afford to slow down”—maintain a spirit of emulation, striving for excellence, and demonstrating extraordinary energy, ideas, and actions. They should seize every available moment, address shortcomings, and speed up progress. Making the most of the second half of the year, everyone must go all out to lift economic indicators to new heights, uphold the principle of practical action above all else, make a final, vigorous push, and ensure the successful completion of all annual goals and tasks.
Fu Xiujun, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Group Corporation, delivered a speech titled “Firmly Confident, Pioneering and Innovative—Meeting the 20th National Congress of the CPC with Practical Actions and Achievements.” In his speech, he praised the outstanding achievements made by various units in the first half of the year, analyzed the market conditions facing the company in the second half, and urged all units to take on their respective responsibilities according to the tasks outlined in the General Manager’s work report, carry out their work in accordance with established standards, and ensure timely progress according to set milestones. He emphasized to all units that they must unify their thinking, build consensus, establish a mechanism for cascading pressure, and make every effort to ensure the achievement of annual targets. They should firmly cultivate awareness, cost consciousness, and bottom-line awareness, and pay close attention to all aspects of production and operations. Furthermore, they should strengthen Party building leadership, promote the deep integration of Party building work with production and operations, and meet the 20th National Congress of the CPC with practical actions and tangible results.
At the working conference, the Party Committee of the company recognized outstanding Communist Party members for the 2021-2022 period. The company headquarters also commended personnel who had achieved remarkable accomplishments in two key projects—the airframe deck panels and 130 packaging boxes—during the first half of 2022.
